Through our strong relationships and buying power with the hotels, we are able to negotiate the lowest possible rates. Conference Solutions is paid on a commission basis directly from the hotel. This is at no cost to you. Commissions are simply the cost of doing business for the hotel and are not added into rates. As a third party negotiator, we do not work for a particular hotel company, we work for you. As a small, boutique firm we are able to give you the special attention you deserve. At Conference Solutions we build close relationships with our clients by understanding their immediate needs as well as their long-term objectives. We will partner with you from the planning stages through the execution of your event. This Is How It Works…Let us know your function specification and requirements, and at no cost to you, Conference Solutions will send you a proposal with multiple hotel choices to best suit your program’s needs. We will then work with you to make the best choice for your event. Once a choice has been made, Conference Solutions will read through the hotel contract with a fine-tooth comb. We will then work with the hotel to negotiate the least amount of liability for you. This paves the road for a smooth program. We will also keep up with important dates, such as, release and cut-off dates. Depending on your needs we will go on-site with you or simply keep in close communication with you throughout the program. Lastly, when the program is complete we will follow through by tying up any loose ends; including negotiating attrition and master bill charges if applicable.
